| 摘 要： | 提出了将GIS应用到地区管理信息系统，实现地理信息与管理信息相结合，为地区提供了一种新型的管理系统。研究和设计了此类系统的体系结构、功能组成，并就系统开发过程中的主要技术进行探讨。
