热喷涂 NiCrFeMo 涂层再修复技术在航空发动机上的应用研究

摘    要:在 GH4169 试片上通过热喷涂制备了 NiCrFeMo 涂层, 并进行了涂层显微组织、 显微硬度、 结合强度及弯曲性能评价。 采用 JMatPro 软件对 NiCrFeMo 涂层热力学性能进行了模拟计算, 并与 GH4169 相关性能作对比,分析了二者的匹配性。 基于试验结果以某型号修理航空发动机实体零件为载体, 开展了涂层再修复技术的工程化验证。 结果表明: 热喷涂 NiCrFeMo 涂层与 GH4169 材料匹配性良好, 用于修复 GH4169 类零件十分可靠, 可满足航空发动机修理需求。

Abstract:NiCrFeMo coating was prepared by thermal spraying on GH4169 test piece. The microstructure,microhardness, bonding strength and bending property of the coatings was evaluated. The thermodynamicperformance of NiCrFeMo coating was simulated by the software of JMatPro, and then compared with theperformance of GH4169, to analyze the matching between them. Based on the test results, the engineeringverification of coating repair was carried out with the parts of an aeroengine. The results showed that the thermalspraying NiCrFeMo coating matched with GH4169 material, and it was very reliable to repair GH4169 parts,which could meet the requirements of aeroengine repair.
