馏分油脱酸剂技术的试验研究与工业试验

摘    要:开发了一种新的馏分油脱酸剂技术,完成了该技术的最佳实验室操作条件评选和工业试验研究。与馏分油碱洗脱酸工艺相比较,该技术具有适应原料范围宽,碱用量低,混合强度不影响脱酸效果,脱酸剂可再生循环使用,无废碱液排放等优点。在最优操作条件下精制油酸度小于7.OmgKOH/(100mL),回收石油酸达到石油酸一级品65号酸的质量标准(SH/T0530-92)。馏分油脱酸剂技术使用现有的馏分油碱洗电精制工艺设备,只需增加水洗和脱酸剂回收系统.技术改造费用少,具有良好的开发应用前景。

Abstract:A new technology to remove naphthenic acid from distillates using a multi-functional complex agent was developed, optimum operation conditions were investigated, and a commercial trial was completed. As comparing with the conventional alkali treatment, said technology showed good adaptability for distillates with various acidity, less alkali consumption (reduced 67%~75%), better refined oil yield, and the acid removal was not affected by mixing intensity. Under optimum operation conditions the acidity of refined oil was below 7.0 mgKOH/100mL, and the quality of recovered acid met the 65# petroleum acid standard (SH/T 0530-92). Said technology could be applied in the existed alkali treating unit while adding a water washing system, and also a system to recover the complex agent was needed since said agent could be recycled after regeneration. No polluted waste alkali was discharged, and the revamping cost was low.
