应用于煤矿局部通风机的开关磁阻电机调速系统

摘    要:针对传统煤矿局部通风机(局扇)存在的调节风量不便和浪费电能的缺陷,设计了应用于煤矿局扇的开关磁阻电机调速系统。开关磁阻电机采用特长转子结构,控制电路设计为基于全数字逻辑电路的脉宽调制控制。试验结果表明,系统电路结构简单,风量调节方便,节能效果显著。

Abstract:As the traditional partial ventilator has the defects of inconvenience in adjusting wind quantity and the waste of power electricity, it designes a switched reluctance drive speed-regulating system which can be used in partial ventilator of colliery. In this system, the switched reluctance motor has adopted longer rotors and the control circuit is a PWM control based on complete digital logic circuit. The experimental result indicates that the system has a simpler circuit, which is more convenient in adjusting wind quantity and more effective in power saving.
