220 kV电网与110 kV电网继电保护定值配合矛盾的解决方案

摘    要:220kV变压器110kV侧后备保护定值的时间调整必然带来整个110kV电网定值配合关系的变化。为此,结合惠州电网的实际情况,提出了协调220kV电网与110kV电网继电保护定值配合矛盾的技术方案,并提出微机保护在定值调整方面应该做的一些改进。

Abstract:The time setting of reserve protection on the 110 kV side of 220 kV transformer necessarily leads to the variation of setting cooperation relationship of the entire 110 kV power network.In light of the power grid actualities in Huizhou,China,this paper presents a technical plan to harmonize the relay protection setting of 220 kV and 110 kV power networks,and puts forward some improving measures for the setting of microcomputer-based protection.
