浅析高职院校教师创新能力

高职院校要真正实施创新教育、培养创新人才必须首先提高教师的创新能力。教师创新能力足高职发展的必然要求，是培养学生创新能力的关键，是促进教师整体素质的源动力。培养教师的创新能力需要建立以创新能力培养为中心的教师培养体系，引导教师走教学科研一体化道路，并营造宽松的学术环境。

Higher vocational colleges want to really actualize creative education and train innovative talents, must improve the teacher's innovation ability at first. Teacher's innovation ability is the inevitable request for higher vocational colleges' development, and the key to train student's innovation ability; it also can promote the development of teacher's whole quality.
