摘    要:主要研究轻型货车EQl060F驾驶室车身结构优化设计中的一些关键问题,包括结构有限元分析、优化方法选择、敏度分析和结构重分析,选择了序列二次规划法用于结构优化问题且收敛效果较好。该研究为汽车车身设计提供了一条新的设计思路。

Abstract:Some critical techniques of the structural optimization design of the light truck EQ10f0F body are researched, inetuding the structural FE analysis, the choice of the optimal methods, the sensitivity analysis and the strue tural re-analysis. The sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is used to solve the structural optimization problem and is efficient for the convergence. In the optimal model, the optimal object is a multi objective function, including the body weight and the aero dynamic resistant force. There are four kinds of constraints, the stress constraints, the displacement constraints, the frequency constraints and the side constraints in constraint functions. Meanwhile, the main sizes of the body design are selected as the design variables, The stress,the disptacement and the frequency information are computed by the finite element method, The plate element and the beam element are used in the structural analysis, Speeding up the structural analysis, the re-analysis technique is accepted in the structural optimization. As the results. the weight of the light-truck body is decreased 18. l% and the aero-dynamic resistant force is cut down 12. 98%. It is ob vious that the SQP is suitable to solve the large scale structural optimization. A new design idea of the car body is advanced.
