织机在线监测系统关键技术研究

织机监测系统是棉纺织企业信息化内容的重要组成部分,能为全局信息管理系统提供准确可靠的生产数据,而且具有实时性,能够杜绝人为因素对真实生产数据的干扰,因此对该系统的研究和应用具有重要意义。本文针对织机监测系统中数据库设计、网络结构以及数据采集流程等关键技术问题,设计并实现了织机监测系统。本系统采用自行设计的数据采集设备对织机生产数据自动采集,实现了生产产量及织机运行状态的高效管理。本系统的应用提高了纺织企业的管理效率。

Research on the Key Technology of Loom Monitoring System
