浅谈环锭细纱机节能措施

摘    要:为了降低能耗,以420锭细纱机为例,重点分析其主电机、传动机构、吸棉电机、牵伸与卷捻机构的润滑等能耗情况,并探讨了应用纳米技术的锭子润滑油的节能原理及其优越性,提出节能改进的建议:用稀土永磁同步电机替代三相异步电机可节电5%~8%;牵伸机构可进行节能优化改造;卷捻机构的改造和更换对降低纺纱能耗以及节约成本效果显著;应用...
