双金属气压充芯连铸固液界面位置的研究

摘    要:利用气压充芯连铸法制备出外径为Φ12mm,内径为Φ8mm的铅包锡双金属层状复合棒坯,复合棒坯连续稳定,表面质量良好,包覆层厚度均匀,界面实现了冶金结合.采用正交试验法对连铸成形过程中各工艺参数对固液界面的影响进行了研究,确定了影响固液界面因素的主次顺序,得出了最佳的工艺参数组合,为以后的气压充芯连铸双金属层状复合材料工艺奠定了基础.

Abstract:The lead cladding tin bimetal composite rods of external diameter 4,12 mm and inner diameter Φ8 mm were prepared by adopting air pressing push-out core filled continuous casting process.The rods had excellent surface quality,even thick cladding,and metallurgical bonding with interface.The process parameters of continuous casting were researched by orthogonal test,the major-minor sequence of influencing solid/liquid interface factors were determined,the optimal process parameter was gained,so the basis of preparing bimetal layered composites by air pressing core-filling continuous casting in the future were provided.
