| 摘 要： | 因子分析法就是用少数集成后的互不相关的因子变量去解释大量的统计变量的一种统计方法,通过对小康社会综合评价方法的探讨,利用因子分析法建立了一个小康社会综合评价模型,并利用此模型对江苏省13个城市2007年的小康社会进行了综合评价,其结果与综合评分法和物元理论模型的评价结果进行比较,结果显示三者基本上一致。

| Abstract: | The factor analysis method （FAM） is a statistical method that explains a large number of statistical variables by integrating a small number of unrelated variable factors. In respect to the evaluation methods of a better-off society, a comprehensive model is built by FAM and it is used to evaluate 13 cities in Jiangsu Province in 2007. The evaluation accords with the results conducted by the comprehensive score method （CSM） and the matter-element theoretical model （METM）. |
