摘    要:125 MW机组的主汽压力稳定性和负荷适应性是一对最基本、最主要的矛盾,采用传统的间接能量平衡协调控制系统很难兼顾电网对负荷快速响应和主汽压力稳定运行的要求.在分析125 MW机组负荷控制对象特性的基础上,提出了取消主汽压力调节器的间接能量平衡协调控制系统设计思路,阐述了直接基于能量平衡的协调控制系统工程设计原则和技术要点.结合具体工程实际,提出了协调控制系统工程现场参数整定的方法和步骤,获得了成功.此方案对同类机组具有一定参考作用.

Abstract:The stability of main steam pressure and the adaptability of load is the most primary contradiction in 125 MW Unit. Traditional indirect energy balanced coordinated control system can hardly satisfy both the rapid response to electric power net and the stability request of main steam pressure running. After analyzing the characteristics of 125 MW unit's load control object, this paper presented a method that canceling indirect energy balanced coordinated control system and explained the principle and key technology of coordinated control system based on direct energy balance. Combined with the project, this paper set forth the key technique and process of parameter tuning in the coordinated control system. The scheme succeeded in practice, and can be a reference to other similar units.
