摘    要:以卤代烃、丙二酸二乙酯和无水碳酸钾为反应物,采用固-液相转移催化合成了苄基丙二酸、十二烷基丙二酸和辛基丙二酸三种烃基丙二酸,并以其为捕收剂,对兰坪氧化铅锌矿进行了浮选实验研究。实验结果表明,采用聚乙二醇-400为相转移催化剂催化效果最好,三种产物经FT-IR分析并确认。在对氧化铅锌矿的浮选实验中,三种烃基丙二酸的捕收性能基本与十八胺相当,其中苄基丙二酸的性能更好。

Abstract:Benzyl-,octyl-and dodecyl malonic acid were synthesized from halohydrocarbon,diethyl malonate and anhydrous potassium carbonate through solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis method.With alkyl malonic acid as collector,flotation experiment for Lanping lead-zinc oxide ore was carried out.The results showed that the polyethylene glycol 400 had the best catalytic property,the three products were analysed and determined by FT-IR.Flotation property of the alkyl malonic acid were analogous to octadecylamine and benzyl malonic acid had better flotation property.
