摘    要:提出了一个针对麻醉术中血容量不足的实时智能监测告警算法:统计告警算法.该算法综合了血压、心率、脉量和呼气末二氧化碳浓度等指标,能够提供足够的诊断支持信息,并可随时调节告警灵敏度,通过Kappa分析,在线状态下新算法与麻醉师的诊断结果一致性为76%;并基于LabVIEW平台设计了算法的系统框图和各功能模块.

Abstract:A real-time intelligent monitoring alarm algorithm called Probabilistic Alarm Algorithm (PA) is pres- ented in this paper. The algorithm integrates four physical indices: blood pressure, heart rate, pulse volume, and the concentration of carbon dioxide at the end of expiratory. It can provide adequate decision support infor- mation and can easily adjust the alarm sensitivity. Experimental results through Kappa eLnalysis show a satisfacto- ry level of agreement ( up to 76% ) between the algorithm and the anesthetist. The system flow chart and each module are designed with LabVIEW.
