摘    要:当前有基于用户接收信噪比的选择算法和基于平均用户阻塞率的选择算法两种蜂窝网络的自适应小区选择算法。但是这两种算法都不适合应用于多业务OFDM蜂窝系统。无法保证不同速率、不同实时性要求的用户接入系统的公平性,同时系统总体的阻塞率性能和吞吐量性能也无法尽可能最优。于是本文提出了一种基于多业务共存模型的自适应小区选择算法。仿真结果表明,本文所提出算法显著提高了实时性要求较高的高优先级用户的接入性能,同时又通过优先级浮动制度使得最终系统总体接入性能尽可能接近于最优。本算法特别适用于多业务共存的新一代蜂窝移动系统。

Abstract:There are two adaptive cell searching algorithms. One is based on the average receiving signal noise ratio and the other isbased on the total outage. However neighter of these two algorithms is suitable for Multi- traffic OFDM cellular system. Becauseneighter of them is able to assure that the users with different QoS requirement access the system fairly, and in the meanwhile, thetotal outage and capasity are best. Therefore this paper supposes a new algorithm based on multi- traffic model. The simulation resultsshows that the new algorithm both increases the access performance of the users with higher priority and make the total access per-formance close to the best through dynamic priority rule. This algorithm is appropriate for the new generation mobile cellular system.
