| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校教师队伍的建设要适应产业转换和人才培养模式改革的需要,探索人才流动和挂职锻炼等举措,鼓励东西部地区高职院校尝试教师交流、转岗、下基层锻炼,聘请一线技术人员培养教师,提高高职院校教师综合实践能力。

| Abstract: | With the trend of industrial transference and reform of vocational education, professional colleges need to try some new strategies： transferring professionals from the rich coast to the west, practicing the technical training in factories, transferring on campus as well as inviting or employing the engineers or technicians from outside, etc. to improve the comprehensive competence of the faculty. |
