基于特征的冷挤压件设计过程模型研究

摘    要:介绍了基于特征技术的冷挤压件设计过程模型。在分析特征技术的基础上 ,利用面向对象的方法 ,给出了冷挤压产品的特征定义模型。将该模型应用到冷挤压工艺设计系统中去 ,可以提高设计质量、加快设计进程和降低成本 ,还可以比较方便的将 CAD/ CAPP/ CAM有机地集成起来

Abstract:This paper introduces the part model of cold ext rusion which is based on feature technology. After the analysis of the feature t echnology and with the object-oriented method, the production feature-based mo del of cold extrusion is given. This technology has been used in the knowledge- based system of cold extrusion process planning. By utilizing feature technology , the quality of design can be improved, the time can be shortened and the cost can be reduced. Meanwhile it is easier to integrate CAD/CAPP/CAM efficiently.
