瓶级聚酯热氮气力输送系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了以公共气网的压缩氮气为备用气路,采用由调压阀门、拉伐尔喷嘴组成的输送气控制组合件和双路供气的瓶级聚酯切片热氮气力输送系统。该系统保障了无油螺杆压缩机稳定运行,性能稳定,可保证生产的连续性,切片破碎率低,节约能耗。

Abstract:A hot nitrogen pneumatic conveyance system for bottle-grade PET chips with duplex nitrogen supply using compressed nitrogen from public gas network as standby gas supply and a nitrogen conveyance control unit combining pressure regulating valves, pneumatic valves and laval nozzle was introduced. The system ensured the stable operation of oil-free screw compressor and was reliable enough to guarantee steady and continuous production, low chip breakage and energy consumption.
