摘    要:根据轻型机载雷达天线座中轴减重的需求,通过对中轴筒刚度有限元计算分析和结构优化,轻质材料性能等综合因素进行对比筛选,确定了TC18高强钛合金为中轴筒工程应用材料。采用选择性激光熔化(SLM)成型技术,实现了复杂截面高强钛合金构件的高精度成型,获得了与锻造组织相当的微观组织和力学性能。文中选择确认的轻质材料和中轴筒成型工艺,为具有复杂截面轻型机载天线座中轴筒及类似轻质高强高韧构件制造提供了一种可行的工艺参考方案。

Manufacturing Technology of Antenna Pedestal Central Shaft for Light Airborne Radar

Abstract:According to the requirement of weight loss in the antenna pedestal central shaft of light airborne radar,finite element analysis and structural optimization of antenna pedestal central shaft are carried out. The properties of comprehensive factors like light-weighted materials are compared. The TC18 high strength titanium alloy is determined as the engineering application material for the antenna pedestal. The high precision forming of complex cross-section parts is realized by the selective laser melting(SLM)technology. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the component formed by SLM are similar to those formed by forging process. The confirmed light material and the forming process provide a feasible process example for the manufacturing of the airborne antenna pedestal with complex section high strength and high toughness light-weighted type components.
