| 摘 要： | 帧内预测是视频编码的一项核心技术，它根据图像中相邻子块进行预测得到当前子块的预测值，编码时只对像素值和预测值的残差进行编码，因而能有效降低Ⅰ帧所占用的比特数。提出了一种三阶频域帧内预测算法(TOIP)，该算法在左方、上方、左上方相邻块中选择最优邻块进行DC预测，充分利用不同方向纹理特性的频域系数进行AC预测，能有效提高预测精度。实验结果证明了本算法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Intra prediction has been adopted in some video coding standards such as H.263+, MPEG-4 and H.264. By allowing the DC/AC coefficients of the corresponding block to be predicted from neighboring blocks, either to the left or above the current block, it can improve coding efficiency effectively. A new intra prediction algorithm is proposed in this paper, which select optimal DC prediction direction of the block to be encoded, intra AC prediction is made from vertical, horizontal and diagonal coefficients. Experimental results show that the new intra prediction algorithm has better image quality as well as reducing the computation complexity.hird orderF |
