摘    要:针对有机硅单体二甲基二氯硅烷生产中的副产物———甲基三氯硅烷和三甲基氯硅烷,采用自制的几种固载A lC l3催化剂,进行它们间的再分配反应,制得二甲基二氯硅烷,评价了各催化剂的性能,并采用L16(45)正交实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂加入量、反应物配比等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,反应温度与催化剂加入量对产物收率具有显著影响,实验确定了最佳工艺条件,二甲基二氯硅烷平均收率可达60.6%。

Abstract:Several AlCl_3 supported catalysts were prepared and used in the redistribution reaction of methyltrichlorosilane and trimethylchlorosilane to produce dimethyldichlorosilane.The features of the catalysts were investigated.Also L_(16)(4~5) orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst quantity and mol ratio of reaction materials on the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane.The results show that the most predominated factors for the yield are reaction temperature and catalyst quantity.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane can reach to 60.6%.
