基于FNN的恒压力调节泵专家智能协调控制

摘    要:提出了一种基于模糊神经网络(FNN)的恒压力调节泵专家智能协调控制方法,将其应用于电液比例恒压力调节抽柱塞泵,明显改善了该泵的压力轨迹跟随控制特性。实验结果表明:该方法与传统方法比,不仅能够缩短系统输入阶跃的响应时间,而且对系统未知的外加干扰、系统参数时变特性和非线性有较强的自适应能力。

Abstract:The method of expert intelligent synchronous control for constant pressure regulating pump based on fuzzy neural network (FNN) is proposed. It is applied in the tracking control of the electrohydraulic proportional constant pressure regulating axial piston pump and obviously improves the follow-up property of the regulating system of the pump. A series of experimental results shows that the proposed method can not only shorten the step input response time, but also have stronger adaptive capability to the unknown extenal disturbance, parameter time variable character and nonlinear of the system.
