海洋环境下掺活化煤矸石细粉混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:将30%的热活化煤矸石细粉取代水泥掺入混凝土中,活化煤矸石混凝土的力学性能要优于素混凝土.7 d龄期单掺热活化煤矸石细粉和复掺热活化煤矸石细粉的混凝土相对氯离子扩散系数均高于素混凝土,到了180 d龄期,无论是单掺热活化煤矸石细粉还是复掺热活化煤矸石细粉的混凝土相对氯离子扩散系数不到素混凝土的一半.180 d龄期,掺热活化煤矸石细粉混凝土的抗海水侵蚀能力要低于素混凝土,热活化煤矸石细粉与粉煤灰二元复掺混凝土及热活化煤矸石细粉与矿渣粉二元复掺混凝土在经海水侵蚀后,混凝土的强度不仅未降低反而有一定增加.

Abstract:The mechanical properties of concrete are enhanced when cement is replaced by 30 percent activated coal gangue powder.The relative chloride penetration coefficient of concrete containing activated coal gangue of 7 days is higher than that of pure concrete.But in the age of 180 days, the relative chloride penetration coefficient of concrete containing activated coal gangue is less than half of that of pure concrete.The property of re- sistant to ocean water of concrete with activated coal gangue powder is inferior to that of concrete without any mineral additives.The strengths of concrete containing amount of activated coal gangue power and fly ash or slag will enhance when it immerged in the ocean water in 180 d.
