摘    要:重点对重型车辆高功率密度综合传动装置核心零件一排行星框架精加工工艺进行了阐述。对消除影响该零件加工精度的因素,在工艺实践中所采取的有效措施进行了总结。为一排行星框架及其同类产品在精加工阶段有效控制精度,提高产品质量和生产效率,实现批量生产,提供了技术依据。

Abstract:The paper specially gives explanation of process design for finish machining process of one row planetary frame that is core part of high power density transmission unit of heavy vehicle.It makes summary on effective measures adopted in process practice.And it provides technical basis for controlling accuracy,improving product quality,production efficiency and realizing batch production in finish machining phase of one row planetary frame.
