| 摘 要： | 从涵闸水力计算入手，就茂名市城区的雨水外排和洪水外堵问题做一探讨，根据流量将涵闸分成三个流量组进行水力计算，从而选择洞尺寸，经实践证明，该法计算较简便，得出的成果能满定正常使用要求，其防洪排涝效果显著，茂名市城区防洪排涝工程的建设解决了该市防洪排涝的历史问题。

| Abstract: | From the waterpower calculation of the culvert gate, it discusses the rainwater drainage and flood close in Maoming city, does waterpower calculation to the culvert gate by three fluxs according to the total flux, and the cavity width is selected. The experience shows the calculation is easy, the results got can be used, and the effect of flood control and flood drainage is good. This project solves the historical problem which is the flood control and flood drainage. |
