摘    要:以硫钼酸铵为原料,热分解法制备出了二硫化钼纳米粉末,采用TEM,SEM,XRD和ED等方法检测了产物的形貌、组成、结构。结果表明:制备出的灰黑色二硫化钼纳米颗粒平均直径为几十纳米;XRD谱图与标准衍射谱比较,产物属六方晶系,a=0.316nm,c=1,229nm;基本无杂质,较纯净;ED分析还表明纳米颗粒为多晶,晶化程度好,(0004)、(011^-0)、(011^-2)等品面的衍射环连续、清晰,与XRD的分析结果一致。并对二硫化纳米粉末形成的影响因素如反应温度、反应时间、料层厚度、反应气体流速、反应物的粒度等进行了讨论。

Abstract:Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles is prepared by thermal decomposition of ammonium tetrathiomolybdate.The morphology, composition and structure of the product is tested by TEM,SEM,XRD and ED.Results showed that the resultant dark-gray molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles have average diameter less than 100 nm.The product is hexagonal lattice,a=0.316 nm,c=1.229 nm,it is quite pure,almost free of impurities from comparison of X-ray diffraction pattern with JCPDS.ED analysis also showed that nanoparticles were highly-crystallized multi-crystals,with continuous and clear diffraction ring at surface such as (0004), (0110) and (0112) in conformance with XRD analysis results.Discussion is made on the factors affecting the formation of molybdenum disulfide powder such as the reaction temperature,duration,the material layer thickness,carrier gas flowrate,the reaction material.
