摘    要:本文把自适应滤波应用于气固两相流固体颗粒速度测量。对安装于方形气力输送管道上的静电传感器输出信号,采用自适应滤波计算流动噪声在上下游静电传感器间的渡越时间,结合传感器对的安装尺寸,测得管道中固体颗粒的流速。采用自适应时延估计缘于它的诸多优点,基于参数模型估计理论,算法相对简单,对各种统计特性的信号和干扰噪声适应性强,能在较强的干扰背景下获得较好的时延估计。为验证理论的可行性,分别利用仿真信号和方形管道实验平台的实测信号进行了实验,结果表明自适应滤波适用于气力输送管道中固体颗粒的速度测量。

Abstract:This paper discusses the application of adaptive filtering to particle velocity measurement in gas/solid two- phase flow. Due to its simplicity, strong adaptability to various signals and time delay estimation ability for signals with strong background noises, the adaptive filtering algorithm is adopted to estimate the transit time between the signals from upstream and downstream electrostatic sensors installed on a square-shaped pneumatic conveying pipeline. Consequently, the particle velocity in the pipeline is obtained. To verify the feasibility of the adaptive algorithm for particle velocity measurement, simulations as well as experiments on a square-shaped pipeline experiment platform are performed. Both simulation and experimental results strongly suggest that the adaptive filtering algorithm can be applied to measure the particle velocity in pneumatically conveyed pipelines.
