| 摘 要： | 追求办学特色需要相应的制度空间。由于我国实施重点大学制度、推行高度集权的管理制度与实行激进的制度变迁，使得办学特色的制度空间相对狭小。只有淡化重点、分化权力与渐进变革，办学特色方可落到实处。

| Abstract: | Reasonable institutional space is necessary to ensure the distinctive features of a university. The institutional space to maintain distinctive features is comparatively narrow. Because our country carries out the policy of establishing prominent universities, high centralization of state power and radical institution transformation. Distinetive features can only be achieved in China when less emphasis is placed on the idea of building prominent universities, state power is decentralized and gradual transformation is conducted. |
