摘    要:通过一系列优化改进,在现有YB2-355隔爆型三相异步电动机基础上提升二档至三档功率,充分挖掘潜力,并采取多种措施,如内外风路结构的改进与加强、电磁方案的变化、磁性槽楔与低损耗优质导磁材料的采用、酸洗工艺与离心铸铝工艺的应用、轴伸尺寸的加大等。采取各种各样先进又切合实际、简单且有效的技术措施,最大限度地实现功率等级的提升。

Abstract:Through a series of optimization and improvement, two or three output power grades can be improved for the existing YB2-355 flame-proof three-phase induction motors. This paper puts forward various technical measures to upgrade output power of motor such as im- provement and strengthening of the internal and external air ducts, change of electromagnetic program, adoptions of magnetic slot wedge and low-loss high-quality permeability magnetic ma- terial, applications of pickling process and centrifugal casting aluminum technology, increase of shaft extension size. These advanced, practical, simple and effective measures can maximize the output power of motor.
