| Abstract: | Improving fast technical reaction ability and technique innovation is the key for enterprise to exist and develop under the market economy conditions. This article analyzed the importance and necessities to promote industry technique innovation and accelerate enterprise technical progress in the following three aspects as to effectively improve the integrated quality and competitiveness of enterprises of our country. 1.
