碳钢盘条酸洗磷化生产线的环保改造

摘    要:介绍盘条酸洗磷化生产线进行环保改造的具体措施。改变酸洗工艺,能大幅降低盘条酸洗磷化的耗酸量和废酸排放量;将传统的酸洗磷化设备改造成自动化控制设备,在大幅提高设备产能的同时也达到了节能减排的目的;使用隧道式密闭酸雾捕集系统,能提高酸雾捕集效率,降低酸雾捕集风机的额定风量,从而降低能耗。

Abstract:To introduce the concrete measures for environment protection alteration of wire rod pickling and phosphating line.Changing pickling process can reduce acid consumption and waste acid discharge of wire rod pickling and phosphating largely.Altering convention pickling and phosphating equipment into automatic control equipment can raise output capability of the equipment largely and reach the aim of energy saving and discharge reducing at the same time.Using tunnel type airtight acid fog catching system can raise acid fog catching efficiency and reduce rating air of acid fog catching air-blast.Then energy consumption is cut down.
