机械化衬砌混凝土板裂缝的预防及控制措施

摘    要:结合山东省南水北调济平干渠工程衬砌试验段施工情况,着重从地基处理、垫层料铺设、混凝土原材料质量、混凝土浇筑、成型混凝土割缝及养护几个方面分析了机械化衬砌混凝土板裂缝产生的主要原因,并针对性地提出了预防及控制措施。实践证明:通过采取积极的预防及控制措施,对减少混凝土衬砌板裂缝的产生是非常有效的。

Abstract:Based on the construction of the testing section for the lining of J/ping Main Canal in Shandong Province of South-toNorth Water Transfer Project, the main causes of the cracking from the mechanized lining concrete slabs are analyzed from the aspeets of foundation treatment, bedding layer placement, quality of the raw materials for the concrete, placement of the concrete, cutting of the hardened concrete and the curing of the concrete, and then the relevant prevention and control measures are pertinently put forwarcL The practice shows that it is effective to decrease the cracking of the concrete lining slab through the active adoption of those measures.
