抽油杆杆体表面裂纹应力强度因子的研究

摘    要:根据断裂力学中的应力强度因子来研究抽油杆杆体部位表面裂纹的变化,从而对抽油杆杆体部位表面裂纹缺陷进行定量评定,并用疲劳裂纹扩展法求应力强度因子,其优点是可以在接近真实裂纹构件的情况下,用试验分析方法研究应力强度因子问题。

Abstract:Based on the stress intensity factor in the fracture mechanics,the article analyzes the changes of sucker rod surface crack. Consequently,the test assessed the defect of surface crack in quantification. And it solved stress intensity factor in the fatigue fracture expand method,whose advantage is that it can use experiment analytical method to analysis the stress intensity factor under the condition of accessing the real crack on frame member very much.
