激光干涉仪光电检测电路的设计

摘    要:依据大气垂直探测仪的设计要求,给出激光干涉信号光电检测电路的实现方法。通过选择合适的探测器,对前置放大级进行噪声分析,设计了低噪声光电转换前置放大电路。利用Multisim对2阶Butterworth低通滤波器进行仿真,验证了所设计的滤波器是可行的。简化设计了整形电路,从而获取脉冲输出信号。

Abstract:An implementation method of photoelectric detecting circuit for laser interferometry signals is provided according to the performance of the sounder. In order to design a low-noise preamplifier circuit, it is necessary to choose an appropriate photoelectric detector and to analyze the noise performance of preamplifer.
