| 摘 要： | 对传统的DCS与新型的FCS进行了比较,阐述了FCS与DCS相结合的控制系统,称之为FDCS,并将其应用在火电厂烟气脱硫过程控制系统中。还阐述了该控制系统的特点和优越性。探讨了S7-300和PROF IBU S-DP在烟气脱硫工程中的具体应用。解决了液位控制易失灵、pH值难控制等问题,提高了系统的稳定性,保证了脱硫效率,降低了综合投资成本。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the traditional DCS and the new FCS,and it also expatiated a control system which is the combination of FCS and DCS,which is called FDCS in this paper,and it is applied in the process control system for flue gas desulfurization plants of fossil fuel power plants.In the paper,the characteristics and advantages of this control system is also expatiated.The application of S7-300 and PROFIBUS-DP in the project of flue gas desulfurization is discussed.The problems of liquid level control and pH value control are solved,the stability of the system is increased,the efficiency of desulfurization is guaranteed,the total investment cost is lowered down. |
