摘    要:论述了基于超磁致伸缩驱动器(GMA)的可控油膜轴承的工作原理,建立了该油膜轴承-弹性转子系统的数学模型,模拟了控制相位和增益改变对系统不平衡振动的影响.计算结果表明带有GMA的可控油膜轴承能够减小系统的工频振动和半频涡动,提高系统的稳定性.控制增益和相位差的改变对系统的工频振动结果影响较大,而且对同一个控制增益,存在一个最佳的相位差,使系统的不平衡振动最小.

Abstract:The principle of smart oil film bearing with gaint magnetostrictive actuators (GMA) was introduced.The mathematical model of the elastic rotor-bearing systems was built up.Unbalance vibration of the rotor supported by the smart bearing was simulated under different control gains and phase differences.Calculating results show that the new smart bearing with GMA can reduce the unbalance response and oil whip vibration of the rotor and improve the stability of the bearing-rotor system.Phase difference and cont...
