| 摘 要： | 针对基站通信电源系统过电压保护存在的问题,提出了雷电过电压、非雷电过电压综合保护的设计思想,该设计采用两级压敏电阻保护方式;电源模块采用过电压切断保护,可以提高过电压保护范围、避免过电压引起的电源模块烧毁,从而提高组合电源系统的可靠性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the over-voltage protection problem existing in communication power system in mobile base station,a novel design idea of protection from lighting or others is put forward.The new design includes two-step-protection with varistor.Switch-off mode over-voltage protection is adopted in power model,by which it can enlarge the range of voltage protection and avoid destroying from over-voltage.Obviously the reliability of combined power supply system is improved too. |
