| 摘 要： | 提出了一种判断一维光子晶体(PC)禁带位置的相位图方法.利用扩展相位图,方便地描述了PC的禁带规律.研究发现,由2种正折射率材料构成的PC,其禁带特征与由正、负折射率材料交替排列构成的PC有着很大的差异.

| Abstract: | The phase-diagram method is proposed to decide the forbidden band position of an one-dimensional photonic crystal(PC).It is easy to describe the forbidden band properties of PC by using the expanded phase-diagram.The investigations show there are significant differences between the forbidden band characteristic of ordinary PC,composed of two different positive-refractive-index materials,and that of extraordinary PC,composed of alternately arranged materials with positive and negative refractive index respec... |
