| Abstract: | Financial management centring on fund management in colleges and universities is determined by its function, purpose and status quo. When measures are being carried out, attention should be focused on organizing study, ideas should be changed; financial management organizations' function should be brought into full play; fund centralized management system should be carried out; financial workers should take an active part in economic decision-making in colleges and universities and enforce the financial disciplines and system rigorously. |
