| 摘 要： | 以基于知识的CAPP技术为基础 ,讨论了基于数据库的典型工艺CAPP系统的结构与原理。从特征的角度出发 ,对加工工艺知识的数据库描述进行了分析 ,并用ACCESS数据库加以实现。同时 ,对加工工艺自动生成中的工艺排序和工艺合并问题进行了讨论 ,提出了针对典型工艺的解决方法。

| Abstract: | Based on theory of knowledeg basedXAPP,the mechanism and structure of DB based CAPP system for the planning of typical manufacturing process is investigated.From the point of view of manufacturing features,the database representation of process knowledge is disussed.An implementation of this is accomplished with ACCESS.Meanwhile,operation sequencing and merging in the aotomatic generation of process plans is also discussed,and solutions are given concerning the planning of some typical manufacturing processes. |
