摘    要:优化设计了大型高炉铸态高韧性球铁冷却壁的化学成分,研究开发了大型高炉球铁冷却壁生产制造的关键技术.经批量生产证明:该大型高炉球铁冷却壁,质量稳定可靠,性能优良,产品合格率达98%以上.

Abstract:The composition of the mammoth blast furnace cooling wall of been reasonably designed. The key techniques of producing mammoth as-cast high-toughness ductile iron has blast furnace ductile iron cooling wall have been studied and developed. The mammoth blast furnace ductile iron cooling wall has been massively produced. The quality of the cooling wall and the properties of the ductile iron are excellent and the product rate of pass comes to more than 98 %.
