摘    要:针对超临界锅炉过热器、再热器氧化膜剥落的问题,简要介绍其现象和危害,对氧化膜剥落的形成机理进行分析,从机组设计和运行调试方面提出防止氧化膜剥落的措施,为超临界机组的选型设计和安全运行提供了参考依据。

Formation Mechanism and Countermeasures of Oxidation Velamen of Supercritical Pressure Boilers
Abstract:In view of the oxidation velamen flaking problem of the heater and reheater belonging to the supercritical pressure boilers,this paper introduces the phenomena and disserves of the problem briefly,analyzes the mechanism of the oxidation velamen flaking machine and provides the countermeasure,from the operation and design period,to offer the reference for the design,election and running of the supercritical pressure boilers.
