本文针对当前智能建筑“重建设轻管理，重验收轻效能”的现状，提出智能建筑效能评估的基本策略与应用方法，主要涉及静态效能评估、动态效能评估和损益性效能评估三个环节。

Strategy and Application Measures of Intelligent Building Efficiency Evaluation

At present, there are common problems existing in intelligent building that is people only pay attention to construct, but not to management, only to final acceptance, but not efficiency. This article is to solve those common problems and give out the strategy and application measures of efficiency evaluation in intelligent building. The article expatiates three key parts of efficiency evaluation, which is static-evaluation, dynamic-evaluation and profit and loss evaluation.
