新新人类给人力资源管理带来的挑战

摘    要:企业中新新人类的数量在不断增加,并逐步成为企业的骨干和管理层,面对这批更具思想、知识体系更加完善的"80一代",作为企业管理者在人力资源管理过程中应如何面对将是一项具有重大创新意义的挑战性工作。在此分析了新新人类的一系列特点,对新新人类的职场状况进行了调查并据此提出人力资源管理应对新新人类挑战的措施。

Abstract:In enterprise,the numbers of new new people increase very quickly and will be become core members and administrative personnel progressively.How to face these new new people who has more thought and more perfect knowledge system is a significant challenge job in the HR management.So this article analysis the series of characteristics of new new people firstly and then survey situation of the work site of new new people.At last,according to these analyses,we suggest the measures of how to treat new new people in the HR management: how to face new new people、how to manage new new people、how to reestablish the authority of manager and how to establish new style of encouragement.
