阻尼层敷设方式对结构性能的影响

摘    要:采用两种弹性模量不同的高分子材料,设计了四种自由阻尼层结构。基体钢板材质相同,阻尼层的总厚度相同。阻尼层分别采用单层同一材料和两层不同材料的形式。研究了结构的阻尼性能,发现采取分层阻尼层结构,并且将弹性模量大的材料敷设在外层时结构阻尼性能最好,依据高分子材料阻尼产生的机理,对此做了分析。研究了结构的固有频率,发现分层敷设结构的固有频率不因阻尼材料敷设顺序的改变而改变。

Abstract:Four kinds of free damping layer structures are designed and made, respectively. The total thickness of damping layers of these structures is the same. The steel plates used as substrates are also the same. Two kinds of polymer materials, whose tensile moduli are different, are selected to be used as damping layers. Each of these two polymer materials is used as damping layers alone, producing two kinds of different structures correspondingly. Another two structures are designed by using these two polymer materials together as damping ,layer, however, the laying-sequence is contrary. Damping properties and natural frequencies of these structures are studied. Of all the four structures, damping property of the structure, whose outer material of damping layer has higher tensile modulus, is the best. The laying-sequence of materials dose not affect natural frequencies of structures almost.
