POM/LDPE共混改性新品级的研究

摘    要:本文对POM/LDPE/增容剂共混增容改性进行了研究,研究结果表明:增容剂的加入,使POM/LDPE体系中LDPE分散均匀,POM球晶细化,物理力学性能得到改善,且增容剂的用量控制在5-7%为最佳。所研制的新品级的主要性能指标为:拉伸强度50-60MPa,缺口冲击强度≥12kJ/m^2,制作的小模数齿轮精度等级达7级,摩擦系数为0.20-0.30。

Abstract:The blends of POM/LDPE/compatibilizer are investigated in this paper. The experimental results proclaim that the sizes of the disperse phase particles of LDPE are small and regular in system of POM/LDPE,the spherulite sizes of POM become smaller,the physical and mechanical properties of POM/ LDPE blends are improved by adding compatibilizer Z-1 into the blends of POM and LDPE,and the optimal content of the compatibilizer should be 5%-7% (based on LDPE). The main properties of our new grade of modified POM are that the tensile strength is 50~60MPa,the impact strength (notched) is larger than 12kJ/ m2,the accuracy grade of small mould number gear is Grade 7,the friction coefficient is 0. 2-0. 3.
