| 摘 要： | 建筑设计档案价值鉴定是根据一定的原则和标准，科学地判定其历史与现实的价值，确定其保管期限。本文首先阐述了建筑设计档案价值鉴定的必要性，其次分析了建筑设计档案价值鉴定工作中存在的若干问题，最后提出了解决问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | According to certain principles and standards,identifying the value of architectural design files is to scientifically judge the historical and practical value of the technology files and so as to dermine their storage periods.In this article,the anthor expounds the necessity of the identification of the value of architectural design files,analyzes the existing problems in the identification course,and then proposes the respective countermeasures to solve the problems. |
