弹用电动加载系统研究与实现

摘    要:介绍了电动加载系统的系统构成,并分析了加载系统中多余力的产生机理,从加载系统的最终目的着手,提出了一种新的消除多余力的方法;在MATLAB中建立了仿真模型并取得了较好的效果;根据仿真结果设计的控制算法,在某弹用模拟加载系统实验过程中,从全过程来讲取得了较为理想的结果,只是在开始阶段由于外力变化太快,系统的相对滞后引起了一些误差.

Abstract:The composing of electric loading system is introduced,and the producing mechanism of plus torque is analyzed.From the purpose of the loading system a feasible elimination method of plus torque is introduced.A model has been established in MATLAB6.5 and got useful parameters used in the designing of system controller.The elimination of plus torque in electric loading system is resolved well in the whole process,while as the outside force changing too quickly at the very beginning,the control system can't trace it enough so a little error has happened.
