江西省1998年防汛工作总结

１９９８年江西省天气异常，发生了继１９５４年以来又一次特大洪涝灾害，赣江，抚河，信江，饶河，鄱阳湖和长江相继超过历史最高水位，且长江，鄱阳湖水位长期居高不下，洪涝灾害范围之广，强度之大，损失之重，时间之长为建国以来所罕见，本文全面总结了江西省１９９８年防汛工作，并提出了今后防汛工作亟待解决的问题。

SUMMARY OF FLOOD-CONTROL WORK OF JIANGXI PROVINCE IN 1998

The biggest flood disaster took place since 1954 in Jiangxi province in 1998 because of abnormal climate.The flood level of Ganjiang River,Fuhe River,Xinjiang River,Raobe River,Poyang Lake and Changjiang River is higher than the highest history flood level.The high flood level of Changjiang River and Poyang Lake maintained a long time.Since our country was founded,the scope of flood disaster is the widest,the strength of storm is the biggest,the loss of flood is the heaviest,and the time of flood is the longest.This paper summarized the flood-control work of Jiangxi province in 1998 and put forword the problem which must be solved on flood-control work from now on.
