| Abstract: | The developing process,production technology and application result in the steel plant of a novel purging upper nozzle for tundish are introduced in the paper.The results show that the thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance of the nozzle are improved by adding ZrO 2 and in laying purging ring. |
